- Do you have (or need) a contract or agreement that will govern your business dealings?
- Do you have all your local permits and licenses?
- Will you have employees?
- If so, have you obtained all the required state and federal identification numbers?
- Do you have all the necessary employment documentation for them to fill out?
- Do you have (or need) an employee handbook? Personnel policies and guidelines?
- What personal private information can (and can't) you ask your employees on an interview?
